This weekend, Takoma Park had its annual Egg Hunt at the park. It is basically a large field where they throw eggs all over the ground, rope off areas for each age group, and let the kids run amok picking them up. The Under 3 crowd gets empty eggs and inflatable bunnies, and the older kids get candy in the eggs. Mia had a great time her second year doing this, and Laney stayed in the stroller since she has a really bad cold. Mia's favorite friends Lottie and Audrey were also there with their parents, so it was an extra enjoyable time.
We also decorated Easter Eggs this weekend, and Mia LOVED it! She especially enjoyed sticking all the puffy egg stickers all over them after they were "colored".
