Creepy Photo...

So tonight I was going through old photos on our computer, and I came across this. Cute photo of Mia being Mia, but check out that image on the TV! (Click on the photo for a bigger pic) It's Mr. Rogers and his trolley in the land of make-believe, but what is that monster looking thing, seemingly a double exposure. (?!?)

I have no idea...thoughts welcome.
